Body to Soul Integration is a dynamic process that works with the physical body to integrate the brain-body-mind-spirit complex. The spirit travels through the body and brain on the same roads that the nerves and meridians travel. It is a simple process.........
that begins with your bringing an intention or goal to the table (and it can be very specific or very general), something or some area where life could be better with a little tweaking. Setting an intention puts into motion certain activities in the frontal lobes and 3rd eye. Then the body’s wisdom will tell us what to do next that will start a process of “peeling the onion.” The body always knows what it wants to do and what will benefit it the most and it will lead us through a journey of self-understanding and alignment into a new place of being.
The first step is .......
learning how to calm yourself internally so that the brain can relax and expand. This expansion reaches into the parts of the brain that think intuitively and subconsciously and connects them with logic and conscious awareness.
Then you learn neuro-moves......
which are easy physical movements that talk to the brain, and use them to set up open channels into the different thinking centers. Then we connect into the intuitive and emotional parts and bring them into words.
Your awareness is taken into the body.......
where you will learn how to understand its languages of feeling and emotion, sensation and energy. You can ask your body what it needs you to know in order to stay healthy and balanced.

There is never a concise answer to this question. Changing yourself is a process, not an event. Much of it depends on what you give it. I give all I have; meet me halfway. I do not expect one session to be a magic bullet, although that has occurred. I suggest committing yourself to at least four sessions.

This is available. An at-home session is a commitment on my part to block out 4 hours of my day on your behalf. This includes travel time within a 20 mile radius of my office. Whatever is not spent traveling is spent in your session and that will be at least 2 hours. $400.
